Aged to perfection, our Aged Natural dries and ripens for 2 months. It’s versatile enough to slice for that comforting cheese-and-cracker experience, cut to bite-size wedges on its own or tossed into salad or grated over a plate of pasta. You’ll experience a soft texture that unifies other flavors and adds a twist to whatever dish you’re serving.
